Q: How can you sell top-quality computer products for a fraction of the retail price?
A: AGM Remarketing & Export has partnerships with many leading companies and we scour the industry for overstocks, liquidations, factory refurbishings, cancelled orders and other ways to buy large lots from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors at low prices so that we can pass the savings on to you.

Q: What do the terms Open Box, Refurbished and Brown Box mean?
A: As a smart shopper you have probably already seen how these products provide you with a risk-free opportunity to save money, because your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! Various retailers use slightly different definitions so it is good to see what our definitions mean:

Open Box products are still in the original box, come with all the accessories and do not show wear and tear or any blemishes (unless specifically noted). These products are not damaged and come to our customer complete. They have been quality tested so they are fully functional. Open Box products carry the manufacturer warranty unless specifically noted otherwise, in which case AGM Remarketing & Export warrants the item for the same period as the manufacturer to ensure your satisfaction.

Factory Refurbished products have been returned to an authorized factory service center and restored to meet manufacturer quality standards. The products carry the manufacturer warranty unless specifically noted otherwise. In such a case, AGM Remarketing & Export will warrant the item for the same period as the manufacturer to ensure your satisfaction.

Brown Box means that the product has been repackaged for shipment in a double-walled brown box to ensure that the unit will arrive to you in the same condition that it left our distribution facility. Brown Box products are tested, quality assured and fully functional. The product carries the manufacturer warranty unless specifically noted otherwise. In such a case, AGM Remarketing & Export will warrant the item for the same period as the manufacturer to ensure your satisfaction.
When we have products with minor blemishes or that are missing accessories not critical to the use of the product, we note this clearly and adjust the price of the product accordingly.
